I’ve been with SSFCU since 2017. Awesome staff!

I’m a new member with Southern Security Federal Credit Union. I called the Southaven branch and Angela informed me that she could help me order checks. She even went so far as to help me find a design by trying to describe the designs, which was actually hilarious. Angela exuded professionalism, courtesy, with a healthy dash of humanism. I can tell this isn’t just a job for her; she actually cared about satisfying my questions. SSFCU is fortunate to have her as an employee, and I’m just as fortunate to have experienced her A1 customer service.

We have been customers for about 40 years now. We have lived in several states (now Texas) since we lived in Memphis when we joined. It has been a wonderful relationship, in many ways, over those years. We have always been treated great. Could never say enough positive about Southern Security.

I must say that Southern Security has DEFINITELY been a staple in my life. I am truly grateful for Mrs. Christine Cartwright and her staff. I’ve been truly blessed to have the opportunity to do business with them. Once again, I thank you all for your patience and understanding.
